Abstract

This current study, part of a dis-
sertation in the works, researches
hypertext contributions in jour-
nalist training in the 21st century.
In theoretical and documenta-
tion framework construction,
technologies in the process that
will even verify news consump-
tion are studied. The article re-
flects about journalists’ academic
training in the face of new work-
place trends, increasingly in se-
arch of multimedia professionals.
For this purpose, that is why the
possibility emerges to insert
hypertext as a pedagogical me-
thodology so students can deal
with the variety/quantity of in-
formation
that
circulates
throughout the internet. Thus,
the need to develop journalistic
competencies to filter, analyze
and interpret information availa-
ble on the web, being enhancea-
ble based hypertext use.
